After studies he took a break to work at the winery Giordano-vini in Barolo area and for 1 year as chemical analyst for a prestigious analysis lab and consultant wines. Then he began a working time as technician at the chocolate- factory Ferrero in Alba where he took an interesting work experience going abroad, in Turkey and Spain too.
