This wine is dedicated to my Grandfather
Giovanni, named “GIOANINET”, who planted
his first Vineyard in 1927, in the same place
where today, more than eighty years later,
has grown our new vineyard
of Langhe doc Rosso. |

Each grape make fermentation separately in wood casks of 25 Hl.
Grapes stay in cask for 12-15 days at average 28°C.
After the wines’ll be transfer in other wood casks of 25 Hl. for the malolactic process.
Then the differents type of wine’ll be blended in a steel tank and after the blend-wine’ll be put in a French oak cask for the final ageing of 16-18 months before bottle-filling. |

On the mouth it’s velvety, full bodied and balanced. His great softy comes from the low acidity together sweet tannins. |
